We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in EGP,USD and STG.

- We confirm that the goods will not be used for purposes associated with chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or missiles capable of delivering such weapons,nor resold or suspect that they are intended or likely to be used for such a purpose.
- we confirm that the goods will not be supplied to a Military End User or for a Military End Use.
Delivery / Shipment Policy
Grand Solutions will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Refund & cancellation Policy
the conditions under which refunds will be given to the customers.
-The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
-The product is defective.
-The product was damaged in shipping.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment , a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
